Pricing FAQ
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can create and download as many receipts as you like without paying or signing up. Free PDFs include a small “Created with Receiptpress” line at the bottom.
How do I get Pro after paying?
Pro unlocks in your browser as soon as checkout finishes. You also get a license code on screen and by email; enter it on the Pro license page to unlock Pro in any other browser. No account or password is needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the Pro license page and choose Manage or cancel subscription. You’ll be taken to Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can cancel in one click. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again.
Can I use Pro on more than one device?
Yes. Enter your license code in each browser you use, for example on your laptop, work computer and phone. Please keep the code to yourself; shared codes may be disabled.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Receiptpress.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
