Receiptpress ("we", "us") provides a free online receipt generator at receiptpress.com. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the site.

Receipt details stay in your browser

Everything you type into the receipt form, including business details, customer details, items and amounts, is processed entirely in your web browser. The PDF is created on your device. We do not upload, store or have access to the contents of your receipts.

Because nothing is saved on our side, closing or refreshing the page clears the form. Keep a copy of any receipt you download.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If we add analytics or paid features in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Emails you send us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you.

Children

Receiptpress is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
